Our continuously cast steel billets are semi-finished products with square cross-sections, serving as the primary material for rolling into various long products. We offer billets in different grades and dimensions to meet diverse manufacturing requirements.
These high-quality billets are manufactured to strict standards and are ideal for further processing at rolling mills.
Chemical Composition
Continuously cast steel billets are manufactured from:
- Common quality carbon steel as per GOST 380;
- Carbon steel grades SAE 1005, SAE 1006, SAE 1008, SAE 1010 and others as per ASTM А510 М;
- Low-carbon steel grades Sv-08, Sv-08A, Sv-08AA and alloyed steel grades Sv-08G2S as per GOST 2246, Sv-08GNM and other steel grades upon agreement with the Customer;
- Low-alloyed steel grades 35GS and 25G2S as per GOST 5781-82;
- Structural quality steel as per GOST 1050.
Upon agreement with the Customer, billets can be manufactured with chemical composition conforming to other standards and requirements.
Packing
Meeting requirements of GOST 7566. Upon agreement with the Customer, billets can be shipped in 4-6 pieces unstrapped but with slinging wire rods or without them in bulk.
